From registration to a real buyer handoff
We built the dealer workflow around accountable demand, not bulk lead sales. Invitations are limited to groups that match your approved brand and service area.
Register your dealership
Tell us your legal name, city, authorized brands and primary contact. Provide a manufacturer authorization number if available.
Platform verification
Our team reviews your dealership details and documents. Only approved dealers get access to group bidding invitations.

Invitations match your approved brands and service cities. The group shows verified buyer count, car preference and purchase window.
Submit a structured offer
Quotes use a consistent format so buyers can compare real prices. Include ex-showroom, discounts, benefits, charges and validity.
Platform review
Offers are reviewed before publication. Incomplete or inconsistent offers are returned with review notes.
Buyer handoff
Only buyers who select your offer consent to a handoff. You confirm the final quotation and complete the sale directly.
Bidding rules
How a bidding round works
- 1Operations verifies the group and opens a timed round. Only approved dealers for the group's brand and city are invited.
- 2Your offer must include a specific variant, quantity, validity, delivery estimate, total price and terms. Line-item benefits and charges help buyers compare.
- 3The platform may request changes. Offers are not visible to buyers until reviewed and published.
- 4Buyers select an offer with explicit handoff consent. You receive only those buyer introductions — not the full group contact list.
No guaranteed volume
A group size is not a confirmed order count. Buyers may still choose another offer or not purchase. Submit pricing you can honor for the offer validity period.
Eligibility
- Authorized dealership for the offered brand.
- Service area covering the group's city.
- Completed platform approval and fee agreement.
- Valid business contact and compliance information.
Commercial model
CarTogether charges dealerships a fixed platform commission per platform-verified delivered sale under the applicable fee agreement. Buyers do not pay a CarTogether membership fee. Commission details are recorded in your agreement and reflected in dealer dashboards.
Documents
You may be asked for business registration, manufacturer authorization and dealership contact details. Upload support is available in the dealer dashboard when enabled for your account.
